John there are smarter folks then me here but  I'm pretty sure you are going
to have to remove the first one on the list.  The larger one is without the
firewall features such as CBAC and the like.  Just remove it and as long as
your other "c806.bin
" IOS was received and placed on your router without errors you will be
fine.  Worked for me anyway.
