Hi Mohannad, I work for a financial company, and I have the Cat6000 IDS Module installed in a Cat6509. As far as I can say, it is not much of a problem to install it. For management of the module, you will need either the Cisco Secure Policy Manager (CSPM) v2.2 and higher, or Cisco Secure Intrusion Detection Director. What kind of company are you working for ? It all depends on what level of security you require.
