It's funny that you mention that. I just recently bought a couple of routers from them off ebay and one of them was dead when I received it. I took almost a month to get a replacement. The one shipped did work but during the whole process, they never responded to email and never initiated a call to me to atleast let me know the status of the shipment. I guess it could have been worse but how hard is it to send a freakin' email?
