Rodney, War Dialers are used to identify analog modems and isdn modems that may be a point of concern within an organization, specifically if they are not monitored or accounted for. Unless you have a ton of them out on your network, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Its a good idea to conduct an assessment though and evaluate where your organization is from a security perspective and see if change is warranted.
