If I recall correctly, you are right, the answer would be S 3/1.  Perhaps
it's just a Type-O... It's not like that doesn't ever happen ;-)

The answer seems wrong to me. On a 3640, this is how lines are numbered:



slot0            lines 1-32
slot1            33-64
slot2            65-96
slot3            97-128

So, the interface would be S 3/1 rather.
