I've puzzled over this for the last week, and almost called TAC to get the answer. Funny how the TAC Troubleshooting page is where you link to this baby. Before, when searching CCO for FR Back-to-Back configs and the such, none of the hits pointed to this info. Plenty of examples to get you fairly close to the finish line though.
