It appears that 12.0 has been GD since 12.0(8), but they're up to 12.0(21) and I wouldn't touch 12.0(8). As Dave said, 12.1(13) is GD but still has it's share of bugs in my opinion. Also, any of the 11.2 major releases that are currently downloadable are GD.
