Ipexpert sells a 1-day CCIE Lab prep guide for $319. I purchased the CCIE R/S Lab Preparation Workbook for $494, which includes the 1-day guide. It has 24 sections which includes several advanced culmination labs which includes all of the technology learned throughout the workbook.
I just bought it, but I've read through the labs, and it appears to be a very valuable book. It includes some very helpful lab preparation tips from the authors, all of which are CCIE's.
