i am installing the cisco works 2000 software, when i uninstalled the original version, i can't reinstall it again. now i only can install the cd one, other programs such as rme,campus manager can't be installed properly. the autorun.exe or setup.exe can be clicked, but after some time(reading the cdrom) without any message, it disappeared, Some friend can help me sloving it?
