I list them all, along with the acquisition dates, on my resume. As Steven mentioned, HR screening might be an issue. The only reason to put such things in an e-mail (or a book jacket) is for vanity, IMO. I work with a number of Ph.d's and they don't walk around calling themselves "doctor."
