In some releases of the IOS you can't place the native VLAN on a subinterface. Remove the subinterface you have for VLAN1 and put the VLAN1 IP address on the major interface like this:
interface Fastethernet0/0 ip address 10.1.1.1 255.255.255.0 interface Fastethernet0/0 encapsulation dot1q 2 (or is that encapsulation 2 dot1q ?) ip address 10.2.2.1 255.255.255.0 You get the idea.
