Edward, could you possibly take your flash card to your local cisco office and see if'll they'll throw a valid catos image on it. If they can't, what about your local cisco reseller. I'm sure they'll be happy to help a person that has boxes like that in their home lab. Heck, I put an ad in my local newspaper looking for a study partner in my city (of 200k people) and found someone that has about the same amount of equipment.
