Something like this on a router:
int fa0/1
 channel-group 24
int fa0/2
 channel-group 24
int port-channel 24
 ip add 10.1.1.1

On the 4000 and 6000 series it can be done like this:
set port channel 1/1-2 35
set port channel 2/1-2,3/1-2,4/1-2,5/1-2 164
