Your AAA stuff looks good (identical to what we have on our dial-up box).
But it appears that this RADIUS error is being caused by something on the
client end... like it's requesting something or a service that it's not
"authorized" for.... check this URL out....

Open this URL and search the page for "type 10" and you'll see the same
error.  Perhaps this document will help.......
