You'll need traffic director or NetScout NGenius to gather information. The CCO (if I remember correctly) has software upgrades up to 4.7. You are correct when noticing the lack of website support from NetScout. I worked with this for a couple of years and preferred Cisco's support hands down. All the best !!!
