Cisco does not sell back-to-back cables. Cisco has a vendor make them for internal use by Cisco. You may have seen some at Cisco demonstrations. If you want 20' long back-to-back cables then buy one each of V.35 male DTE and female DCE cables. That's an expensive and cumbersome solution. Several sources exist for short back-to-back cables.
