Cisco syslog can be directed at *any* syslog deamon. NT and *nix come with syslog deamons, but you can add one to other OSes, too. I did a quick look on Tucows and found one that will run on XP. You can check it out at http://www.kiwisyslog.com/products.htm. And it's freeware. (Note: I haven't used that package, so it could be complete crap. But whaddya expect from freeware.)
