Hi , this problem i have faced very often when configuring isdn.whenever u configure more than 2 dialer interface you are not able to dial in thru isdn.but u can successfully dial out.removing and keeping only dilaer interface works perfectly.this is an ios bug and changing the ios will help.what ios u r using.12.1.1T may help resolving it.
