We were playing with a WS-X6516-GE-TX in the lab and someone used a cross-over cable to connect a PC. We received a LINK, even though it was PC-to-switch. We had the same results with a straight patch cable. Can any confirm these are auto sensing transmit and receive pairs of a CAT5 cable and adjusting accordingly?
