If all you need is 2 ethernet ports, and depending on your use for it, try to find a 3101. 2 ethernet, 0 serial, 1 Con, 1 Aux. They are fairly ancient, and not considered labworthy, but they (I think) can hold an IOS with the firewall set, and they can NAT. If they don't have the memory natively, it can always be upgraded.
