I have an ISDN backup between 3640 (PRI) at satellite office and a 5200 (PRI) at central office. If frame is down, 3640 calls 5200; 5200 drops the line and calls back. Idle time is 180 seconds. Most of the time it works fine but sometimes, ISDN won't go down after idle time (after frame already comes up) until I manually clear the interface. I tried different IOS on both 3640 and 5200, no success. Debug dialer shows packet uninteresting. I opened a case with TAC but they couldn't provide any help. Anyone in this group saw this problem before? Thanks. Yoshi
