Can't see anything obvious in the config, so I will have to just have a guess. Could this be an ARP problem? If the firewall has the MAC address of RT2 cached. Can you either clear the firewall ARP entries, or if you have the luxury, reboot the firewall when you install the new router.
I don't want to teach you to suck eggs, but just checking as you gave us Show Conf. You know that Show Conf gives you the start up config and not the running config (in case there is any difference).
