In Network World (the magazine), if you can get your hands on one, is a
company who sells "boxes" to do the conversions.  You have no QoS though.
It will just dump the gig into the box and stuff has to wait until the 100
MB side can send.  If you need decent QoS, get a 2950 or 3550.
