Received this morning from my Cisco channel manager On June 5, 2002, simulation questions were added to Cisco professional level certification exams and corresponding courses.
The new exams with simulations for CCNP, CCDP, and CCIP certifications include: -BSCI 640-901 -Routing 640-603 -Remote Access 640-605 The exams will utilize Flash simulations along with "drag and drops" to validate candidate skills. The Switching 640-604 and Support 640-606 exams have been updated as well, but do not include simulations or "drag and drops". The new exams will replace the existing exams on June 5, 2002 in all languages except Japanese. For those candidates with certifications in progress, they may combine 640-50X and 640-900 with 640-60X and 640-901 exams to achieve their CCNP, CCIP, or CCDP certifications.
