Just a last minute reminder that there will be a meeting and lunch
this coming Saturday, June 8, 2002 from Noon to 4 pm.
Place will be my house:
1607 Thomas Road, Fort Washington, MD 20744
Bring Snacks, Sodas, Routers, Laptops, or just yourself if those
things are not available. There is, as usual, no charge or fee and
everyone is cordially invited.
Figure we'll discuss resumes and job-hunting and the economy
during Lunch and then do some routing afterward. Should be fun!
I apologize for having to cancel the May meeting but after the lab
and 5 days more for getting the truck repaired to get home it just was not
do-able. I did not pass but I did do better. Figure another 6 months or so
of practise and study and it'll be time for another try.
I'll be glad to go over my experiences at the meeting. (the Doc CD
is supposed to bomb out your browser every time you look something up,
right?) No specific questions, of course, but can describe how a sending
unit can short out a fuel pump... (gas, fumes, sparks, what fun...!)
