Break it into pieces.
Deny the range of 192.168.32.0 to 192.168.32.31
Deny the range of 192.168.32.32 to 192.168.32.36
Deny the host 192.168.32.37
Since 192.168.32.0 is not a valid host address I see no problem with
including it.
