Hi Frank, The password reset function is a bit confusing, but it does work. Other folks have had similar problems in the past, but they just clicked on "Feedback" and sent me an email asking me to manually reset it. If you want to send me an email (off the list) with your username, I'll be happy to do the same for you :-)
