I like the book. Others may not. It all depends on what you like in a troubleshooting book.
The book is laid out to let you gain an understanding (fairly technical and indepth) of a protocol. Then it delves into a series of commands, snapshots of outputs and goes onto explain the output. IE: There are 21 flow charts for BGP. It takes each of these flow charts and explains the steps, output of commands and how it relates to the trouble. These explainations are short, sweet and to the point. To each his own but I am enjoying the book.
