Hi, I have a customer who is having serious problems regarding voice quality.They are doing Voip thru Multitech VOIP box and their internet connection is thru Cisco 1720.They have two locations and both locations have the similar setup.Is this possible to implement any sort of queueing in this scenario?(As voice is not coming directly to Cisco router,whereas VOIP is done by Multitech box).Is this recommended to implement priority queueing in this scenario?
