Well, I just passed support and completed CCNP in one not-so-swift move. Without breaking the NDA I will say many of the questions were VERY nondescript as to what they were asking for. I really believe I passed because I got some lucky guesses on some of the questions. I read MANY of the questions repeatedly without ever finding out what they meant. Dan
