Hi,

Reading a document on Frame Relay it was mentioned that :

B(e)= T(c)*Access Rate

And it has mentoned that access rate is the clocking rate; the maximum
rate at which the data can be transfered.
My question is that if the Access rate is the maximum rate, how can the
B(e) be greater than the access rate.
Thanks in advance,
Hamid
