I have a basic home lab 2 1600s, 1 2501, 1 4000, 1 2509 so I can do some basic labs (CCIE Practical Studies Vol 1). A buddy of mine who just happens to be a CCIE has a full blown voice lab (Unity, Call Manager, etc.) so playing with that won't hurt.
