I have used the CCNP Simulator from RouterSim.com and am pleased with it's performance. They also have a Switch Simulator as well... I used an older version of the Router Sim when studying for my CCNA and it worked Great...
It is very inexpensive in my opinion when compared with the real equipment... I think the CCNP Simulator is a couple hundred dollars...
