I would suggest just going through the Cisco Press Books and trying to build a small lab. Get yourself a PIX 501, a couple of routers and a switch, and an NT server to run the eval copy of CS ACS. There is no reason to shell out thousands of $$$ to be trained on a entry to mid-level cert.
