Switches don't give a fig about ip addresses and don't store them in any tables. Your sho arp command will only show ip addresses that the management interface has accessed; i.e. pc's from which you have telneted to the switch, hosts you have pinged from the switch CLI, etc. All the switch cares about is MAC addresses and VLANS. It's a layer 2 device, so it doesn't care about layer 3 addresses.
