Not much has changed on this exam. No specific areas. Just new questions covering the same stuff as before. As Cisco states on their website, you'll have a simulation question on this exam. Also, you'll want to know product positioning. Understandably, this is a big deal with Cisco. Here's a link to get you started on the 1600 series routers:
