There's a possibility that you may see some ATM, but if you did, it would probably be regarding trunking with Multiprotocol Over ATM. Also, there's a possibility of some ATM regarding Campus Design Implementation. The reason that I say this is because there are chapters/sections on these topics in the Cisco Press Cisco LAN Switching book, which is another book you should seriously consider going through before your exam.
Also, just because it's not specifically in the blueprint doesn't mean you won't see it. Cisco likes to throw in that little sentence that states, "However, other related topics may also appear on any specific delivery of the exam".
