Hey..... if I create a distribute list saying:

distribute-list 10 deny 10.0.0.0 0.255.255.255

and apply that inbound on an interface, will that stop that interface from
receiving a route of 10.1.0.0/16?  I think it will and my boss swears that
it won't.... he claims that it will only block the incoming route
10.0.0.0/8, not more specific routes....

I would try this out, but that's not a good idea on the production network =)
