Ethernet connections???  Maybe you mean ethernet patch cables connecting the
ISDN ports on the 2503s to the simulator.  If that's the case, then yes,
that's all you need to connect the simulator to your router.  I've had a TON
of experience with the Simline 2's, and I'm sure it will be more than
sufficient for your CCIE lab needs.  If you can get one second hand at a
good price (less than $1k) GO FOR IT!  :)
