Karen Webb's book is good. I would also recommend the Cisco Press "Cisco LAN
Switching" book by Kennedy Clark and Kevin Hamilton ISBN 1-57870-094-9 for
the SWTCH (BCMSN) 640-604 exam.

I have both books and find myself using them frequently when faced with
switching questions and problems. You should always use a couple of
different sources when studying. Also, don't forget the Cisco website. Cisco
pulls many questions for its exams directly from their site that aren't
covered in depth in any of the books.
