I did a quick search using Cisco TAC's Software Advisor: http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/support/tac/t_index.shtml requires CCO login
and found no IS-IS on the lower end ( 16xx and 17xx ) that you mention on the 26xx series you need an Enterprise version or a Service Provider version, so far as I can tell.
