Hi, professionals.

I'm trying to connect two Cisco 3600 router with OC3 Multimode interface
(NM-1A-OC3MM) in a back-to-back fashion using IOS 12.2(8)T.


[Router 1 ATM 1/0]  [Router 2 ATM 1/0]

Basically, my link flaps and cannot establish a stable connection. 
Configuration is done in such a way that..

router #1

Does anyone have any idea if I am missing in the configuration?  Anybody
have any experience in OC3 MM link flapping?    Please help.  Thanks in
