Hi, professionals. I'm trying to connect two Cisco 3600 router with OC3 Multimode interface (NM-1A-OC3MM) in a back-to-back fashion using IOS 12.2(8)T.
[Router 1 ATM 1/0] [Router 2 ATM 1/0] Basically, my link flaps and cannot establish a stable connection. Configuration is done in such a way that.. router #1 ------------ interface ATM1/0 no ip address no atm ilmi-keepalive ! interface ATM1/0.200 point-to-point ip address 2.2.2.2 255.255.255.0 pvc 200/200 protocol ip 2.2.2.1 broadcast ! router #2 --------------- interface ATM1/0 no ip address no atm ilmi-keepalive ! interface ATM1/0.200 point-to-point ip address 2.2.2.1 255.255.255.0 pvc 200/200 protocol ip 2.2.2.2 broadcast ! Does anyone have any idea if I am missing in the configuration? Anybody have any experience in OC3 MM link flapping? Please help.
