Michael, For security reasons, I'd really not recommend using a router for a tacacs or radius server. If someone cracks the routers security, they have access to all usernames and password. Personally, I'd use a simple linux machine for radius authentication. Even an LDAP authentication would be more secure than using the router for authentication. Just my 2 cents.
