Dear sirs, I'm a member of technical staff in an ISP site. We have cable connection to the internet with 512k bandwidth. I require to do the following: 1- Measure our maximum connection speed to internet. 2- Fill out our unused bandwidth with dummy traffic. How can i do these? thanks for your prompt attention.
