I had a similar issue on a NM-4A/S module. A case logged with TAC and they said the module was faulty. I got it replaced

Serial 0 correctly shows a DCE v.35. The far end of the Serial 1 connection shows a DTE v.35. What should I look for when I troubleshoot? Bent pins? IOS bug? Incorrect config? Thanks for the help.
