It's a 12.0 experimental version, so it was never meant to be used in a production network. That's why it isn't on CCO, but on one of their engineering servers instead. If anything goes wrong, TAC wont support the image. It was compiled by one of the engineers at Cisco to test MPLS using lower end routers for cost reasons.
