I have been trying to set up my Cisco work 2000, under resource manager essential , inventory , check device attribute , I am able to check that all device are correctly configured. However , when I try extract the topology service network view on the layer 2 view, I find that some of my switch discover by the resource manager are missing, anyone has any advice on that , thanks
