I think that's what's bugging me. The main page is WAY too busy; too much information makes it difficult to take in. I think they should include an expert mode that turns off the 'helpful' notes about which links do what. If they really wanted to be helpful, they should allow customizable home pages so that when we log in we have the items most important to us immediately available. If Excite can do it, I'm sure Cisco can. :-)
