Part of  becoming a CCIE starts with conducting research.  GroupStudy is for
those who have done research but are fuzzy on application of theory or want
to add to the dynamic of the discussion of theory as it pertains to
Internetworking.  You don't waste the time of  Howard C. Berkowitz,
Priscilla Oppenheimer or Nigel Taylor with trivial questions that are
answered with 10 seconds of research on Cisco's site.  Having said all that
here is how you become a CCIE. Good Luck you may just need it.
