Hello,Trying to get dialer watch feature to work.....Configured ditto (well almost) from CCO and still cannot get it to work....More important is the question on why Ospf shows the route as a /32 when it should be a /24 and thinking that this could be the reason why it is not working (since the dialer watch feature expects to see the exact route in the routing table)Here is the config:Calling side:RTD#ri b0/0 Building configuration...Current configuration: ! interface BRI0/0 ip address 172.168.65.2 255.255.255.0 encapsulation ppp dialer idle-timeout 30 dialer watch-disable 15 dialer map ip 172.168.65.1 name R2-TS broadcast 5551000 dialer map ip 172.22.53.0 name R2-TS broadcast 5551000 dialer load-threshold 1 outbound dialer watch-group 8 dialer-group 1 isdn switch-type basic-ni isdn spid1 0555300001 5553000 isdn spid2 0555400001 5554000 ppp authentication chap ppp multilink end !access-list 101 deny ospf any any access-list 101 permit ip any any dialer watch-list 8 ip 172.22.53.0 255.255.255.0 dialer-list 1 protocol ip list 101 Called side:R2-TS#ru !interface Loopback53 ip address 172.22.53.105 255.255.255.0 !router ospf 1 network 10.102.1.3 0.0.0.0 area 0 -------------------serial network 172.22.53.0 0.0.0.255 area 0 network 172.168.65.0 0.0.0.255 area 0---------------isdn Routing table on the calling side:RTD#r 172.22.0.0/32 is subnetted, 1 subnets O 172.22.53.105 [110/65] via 10.102.1.3, 00:09:58, Serial0/0.3 Shouldn't this show up as a /24? Any other netw. that I add shows up as a /32?? 192.168.10.0/32 is subnetted, 1 subnets O 192.168.10.1 [110/65] via 10.102.1.3, 00:00:06, Serial0/0.3 And I am thinking that this is the reason why the dial watch is not working since I specified the network as a /24 in my dialer map statement but the routing table shows a /32?? Here is a debug dialer output:RTD# 5d16h: BR0/0:1 DDR: idle timeout 5d16h: DDR: Dialer Watch: watch-group = 8 5d16h: DDR: network 172.22.53.0/255.255.255.0 DOWN, 5d16h: DDR: primary DOWN 5d16h: DDR: Dialer Watch: Dial Reason: Secondary of group 8 DOWN 5d16h: DDR: Dialer Watch: watch-group = 8, 5d16h: BR0/0:1 DDR: disconnecting call 5d16h: %ISDN-6-DISCONNECT: Interface BRI0/0:1 disconnected from 5551000 R2-TS, call lasted 31 seconds 5d16h: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface BRI0/0:1, changed state to down A show ip route does not reveal any routes learned via the isdn intf.:RTD#r 3.0.0.0/24 is subnetted, 1 subnets C 3.3.3.0 is directly connected, Loopback3 172.168.0.0/24 is subnetted, 1 subnets C 172.168.65.0 is directly connected, BRI0/0 Does any one have any ideas?
